2 to 3 tbsp water (as needed)

 

Step-By-Step Method

Step 1: Combine coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, and garlic in a blender jar

Step 2: Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt, and a small amount of water

Step 3: Blend everything into a smooth paste. Add more water as needed to adjust the consistency

Step 4: Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as per your preference

Step 5: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
