Reviving the Joy of Home Cooking: Empowering You to Cook with Confidence and Love

Cooking has a unique way of bringing people closer, yet in today's fast-paced world, the tradition of preparing a meal from scratch has become less common. I believe that some things are meant to be made at home, at a slower pace, with care and love. My mission is to inspire and empower people in the kitchen, helping them become more confident cooks, encouraging them to try new recipes, and, most importantly, reminding them to enjoy the process.

Meet Manish Kuliyal

I grew up in New Zealand and discovered my love for cooking at an early age—probably around 3 years old—when I first put on an apron to help my mum in the kitchen. I wasn't the best student, so in Year 10, I decided to leave school and enroll in chef school instead.


Fast forward to now

I've had the privilege of cooking in some top restaurants across Auckland, London, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne. My journey also took me into the business side of hospitality, where I managed restaurants, cafés, and bars in airports and experimented with recipes using premium Australian beef and lamb. But what I cherish most is cooking a big meal at home for 'Babe,' family, and friends.

Now, being able to share my cooking with so many of you is an incredible experience. I truly appreciate your support and love hearing your comments, questions, and requests for your favorite dishes.
