Step-by-Step Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste for 30 seconds
  2. Add onions, capsicum, and tomato and cook until soft
  3. Add paneer, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt; cook for 5-7 minutes until flavors blend well
  4. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  5. Warm the rotis or tortillas on a tawa or pan
  6. Layer each wrap with lettuce, paneer mixture, and a drizzle of dressing
  7. Roll tightly and serve immediately or wrap in foil for lunchboxes
