1 tsp garam masala

For the
Dressing:
2 tbsp
hung curd or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
For the
Wrap:
4 wheat rotis or tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
Optional: grated cheese or sliced jalapeños
Step-by-Step
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté
ginger-garlic paste for 30 seconds
- Add onions, capsicum, and tomato
and cook until soft
- Add paneer, red chili
powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt; cook for 5-7 minutes until
flavors blend well
- Mix the dressing ingredients
in a bowl and set aside
- Warm the rotis or tortillas
on a tawa or pan
- Layer each wrap with lettuce,
paneer mixture, and a drizzle of dressing
- Roll tightly and serve
immediately or wrap in foil for lunchboxes
