1 onion (quartered)

1 bell pepper (cut into cubes)

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Marinate the
Chicken:
In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, BBQ sauce, ginger-garlic
paste, paprika, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).

Prepare the
Skewers:
Thread marinated chicken pieces alternately with onion and bell pepper onto the
skewers.

Preheat and Grill:
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the surface with oil.

Grill Skewers:
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning
occasionally, until chicken is nicely charred and cooked through.

Serve Hot:
Serve with green chutney, lemon wedges, or mint yogurt dip.
Tips by Manish :
Soak
wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to
prevent them from burning on the grill.
